Dibond sheet

Aluminium composite sheet with polyethelene core, available in 2mm or 3mm thicknesses.

Can be fret cut or fabricated into shapes. Basic colour range in matt or gloss. Metal finishes in mirror silver, brushed silver, gold or copper.

Uses: Sign trays, road signs, hoarding panels, fret cut back lit lightboxes.

Advantages: Rigid but lightweight. Cost effective when compared with aluminium sheet.

Acrylic or perspex sheet

High gloss plastic material available in 2mm, 5mm, 8mm and 10mm thicknesses.

Comprehensive colour range available for 5mm thicknesses.
Also available in clear and opal finishes for use in decorative panels and light boxes.

Uses: Sign frame and light box fascias, decorative acrylic panels.

Advantages: High quality polished panel with long outdoor durability.

Foamex sheet

Matt or gloss material available in 3mm, 5mm and 10mm thicknesses.

Basic colour range available for 5mm thicknesses in matt and gloss finishes.

Uses: Interior display panels, short term exterior signage.

Advantages: Lightweight and cost effective.

Disadvantages: Substantial expansion and contraction in varying temperatures.

Usually powder coated to a standard RAL colour reference.

High strength fluted PVC material available in 4.5mm thickness.

Available in a basic range of colours, sizes up to 2440 X 1220mm.
Suitable for self adhesive vinyl application or silk screen printed.

Uses: Estate agency boards and short term directional signage.

Advantages: Strong and easy to fix, ideal for site contractors boards.

PVC Banner or mesh

Short term PVC material, can be pocketed or hemmed.

Full colour printed or self adhesive vinyl applied to suit the requirement. Printed mesh options available for increased wind resistance installations.

Uses: Temporary advertising or directional use. Scaffolding or building wrap applications.

Advantages: Affordable large format options with fast turnaround.

Stickers or decals

Short or long term full colour printed self adhesive options.

3, 5 and 10 year products available, some with high conformability for uneven surfaces.

Uses: Vehicle marking, advertising, product identification, window graphics.

Advantages: Affordable instant application and can be removed easily.
