Flat cut vinyl options:

Standard colours: A huge choice of colours are available at standard roll widths up to 1220mm high.

Bespoke colours: Custom colours can be manufactured for multiple roll orders, although they are expensive.

Printed colours: Any colour, tint or fill can be printed to clear or white vinyl's. These can then be contour cut to create individual graphics.

Acrylic or perspex options:

Standard: Many colours are available in solid, translucent, frosted or clear sheets up to 3050 X 1220mm.

Clear: Any colour can be printed and applied to clear acrylic for an individual design.

Shapes: Sheets can be contour cut or engraved using CNC routers. They can also have the edges polished for a perfect finish.

Dibond options:

Standard colours: A basic range of colours are available in gloss or matt finishes up to 3050 X 1220mm sheets.

Colour range: Black, blue, green, red, yellow, silver, gold, white.

Metal finishes: Mirror silver, brushed silver, brushed gold, brushed bronze.

Uses: Can be bonded directly to most surfaces or fixed on stand off locators.

Layered options:

Combinations: Different materials can be combined to create special edge profiles.

B&O example: Brushed silver dibond on 5mm clear polished acrylic.

Effect: Edges are illuminated by surrounding light sources.

Built up options:

Styles: Letters and logo shapes can be fabricated from alumium and powder coated to any standard RAL colour. Stainless steel versions are also available. Thick MDF or foamex can also be cut and painted for interior solutions.

Backlit: LED's or neon tubes can be used to light acrylic faced letters or logo shapes.

Uses: Can be bonded directly to most surfaces or fixed on stand off locators. Glass mounted letters are becoming increasingly popular in high end retail locations.

Backlit or Halo options:

Styles: Letters and logo shapes can be fabricated from alumium and powder coated to any standard RAL colour. Stainless steel versions are also available.

Backlit: LED's or neon tubes can be used to back light solid faced letters or logo shapes to create a halo or eclipse effect.

Uses: Popular for restaurants, beauty salons and office buildings.

Combination options:

Stand off: Text or logo's can be raised from the backing panel or wall using stand off locators.

Face fixed: Flat cut materials can also be mounted directly to the base surface using self adhesive tapes or high strength adhesives.
